Dear Citizen,
It has come to the attention of one of the magistrates that you are in violation of rule 319 in Djelibeybi (which states, among other things, that bidding on shops is illegal except for the authorized representative of the Council).
Since you may not be aware of this law, this letter is merely your first and only warning. Persistence in this course of action, however, is punishable by loss of citizenship and possible fines. Please feel free to contact a magistrate should you have any further questions regarding this matter.
