Greetings [Defendant]:
A case has been opened against you in Djelibeybi by <Plaintiff>. You have received a mail with the details of the charges.
As a magistrate of Djelibeybi I will be handling the case against you. Please come to the courtroom in the council chambers in the Palace in Djelibeybi to add any defence or other opinions to the case.
If you do not add any notes to the case within a week from today the case will be decided purely on the material submitted by the plaintiff. This was included in the previous mail. Possible punishments for an offence in Djelibeybi are jailtime, fines, banishment, insulting titles, and/or, if you are a citizen, loss of citizenship.
Should you have any questions about anything concerning the case, please direct them to me either by mailing me or talking to me.
[Magistrate], Magistrate of Djelibeybi.
