~Meet the Magistrates - Vire Tetario~
As a small boy, Vire Tetario spent a long time walking the streets of Ankh-Morpork, sampling the finest of the local markets and enjoying the rich quality of life you can find in such a fine city. After a day by himself he realised he didn't want to be hungry or bored, and left for a better life.
He journeyed over the Disc, taking an extended vacation in the joyous Oasis where he found new friends and foes. Sadly, this was not to last for him, and as he gained the valuable knowledge that sometimes you can have too much of a good thing, he left. After spending countless nights in the dark forests in Uberwald doing good by fighting the locals, he soon realised that this was not the life he yerned for, and promplty gave up. He continued his travels all over the disc to the rounded corners (edges, so to speak) to find himself a mission in life.
He ended in Djelibeybi, city of rich culture and rich locals. And poor locals. And middle class locals. City of people. After noticing the local council and making friends in the region, he decided that indeed it was a life he would enjoy here, so he became a citizen to make the most of his Djelian right to vote.
He banded with the local wizards to try and establish a better grasp of the area where he learnt what he needed to survive: Nothing he didn't already know. Eventually, he was convinced he should help share this knowledge and he became a helper, willing to give a hand to anyone in anyway he possibly can.
And to this day, he's still with his friends, wizards and council.
